Horizon's Seasonal Recipes!


Tom Fords Collins

2 oz. Fords Gin, oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice, oz. simple syrup, club soda. Shake first 3 ingredients with ice. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with lemon wheel.


1.25 oz. Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey, 1 oz. Campari, 1 oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.


Solbeso Bee

2 oz. Solbeso, oz. fresh lemon juice, oz. honey syrup. Mix all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest. For an extra touch, add a pinch of cinnamon!



1.5 oz. Captain Morgan White Rum, oz. simple syrup, 6 mint leaves, half lime cut into wedges, 1 oz. club soda, mint sprig. Muddle lime, mint leaves and syrup in a shaker. Add white rum, fill with ice and shake. Pour into a glass, top with club soda and add mint sprig garnish.


Southern Charm

3/4 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey, oz. Orange Juice, Sparkling Wine/Prosecco. Add the whiskey and OJ to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a champagne flute, topping with the sparkling and an orange wedge garnish.


Kinky Slinky

2.5 oz Kinky Gold, 1 oz. Reposado tequila, 1.5 oz. orange juice, soda water. Mix all but soda water in a tall ice-filled glass, top off with soda water, stir once and garnish with orange slice.
